1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern the relationship between nfast11 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers, or uses any service offered through the nfast11 website at https://nfast11.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces.

nfast11 is operated under an international online gambling licence issued by a recognised offshore regulatory authority. The Platform offers online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and related services to eligible players globally, including those accessing the Platform from Malaysia.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on nfast11, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal member account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any eligible bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or other non-cashable incentives credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotion.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money from a Player to their Account using an accepted payment method, including GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB).
• "Games" means all casino games, slot titles, live dealer games, sports betting markets, poker variants, lottery products, and bingo games offered through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by the Platform's licensing obligations and internal compliance policies.
• "Platform" means the nfast11 website, mobile web interface, and all associated services operated at https://nfast11.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdictions" means jurisdictions where access to or use of the Platform is explicitly prohibited under applicable law or Platform policy.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or equivalent fiat currency, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a Player's Account Balance to a verified payment method.

3 Account Eligibility

Registration and use of the nfast11 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the Platform. nfast11 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. You will be required to provide valid government-issued identification — such as your Malaysian MyKad or passport — to confirm your age as part of the KYC verification process.
2. Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of or physically located in any Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or when placing any wager. It is your sole responsibility to verify your legal entitlement to access the Platform under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Individuals who are legally restricted from participating in gambling activities — whether by court order, self-exclusion agreement, or statutory prohibition — are not eligible to register.
4. Single Account: Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
5. Own Identity: You must register and operate your Account in your own true legal name. Registering under a false name, the name of another person, or any fictitious identity is strictly prohibited.
6. Not a Platform Employee: Current employees, contractors, directors, or agents of nfast11 and its affiliated entities, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold a Player Account or participate in any promotion.

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process. To open an Account, you must complete the registration form accurately, providing your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian or international mobile phone number. All information provided must be truthful, accurate, and current at all times.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC). nfast11 operates a mandatory KYC verification programme in compliance with its licensing obligations. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a copy of their MyKad or passport; proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months); and, where applicable, proof of the source of funds used for deposits. Unverified accounts may be subject to withdrawal restrictions.

4.3 Password and Login Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. nfast11 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account will be treated as authorised by you unless you notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

4.4 Notification of Compromise. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. nfast11 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials.

4.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, all pending wagers will be settled and any remaining Real Money Funds (subject to verification) will be returned to you via a verified payment method. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

5 Terms of Use

5.1 Personal Use Only. The Platform is provided for your personal entertainment only. You may not use your Account for any commercial purpose, on behalf of a third party, or as a means of processing transactions on behalf of others.

5.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide and maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your Account at all times. Any material change in your personal circumstances — including change of residential address — must be communicated to nfast11 without undue delay.

5.3 Compliance with Laws. You agree to use the Platform in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. nfast11 does not warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction, and you assume full legal responsibility for your access and use.

5.4 Software and Platform Integrity. You agree not to use any software, tool, bot, scraper, crawler, artificial intelligence, or automated mechanism that interacts with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, reproduce, or distribute any component of the Platform's software or content.

5.5 Currency. The Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as its primary currency for Malaysian players. All Account balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, and bonus values are displayed in MYR unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the applicable exchange rate at the time of receipt.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Deposit Methods. nfast11 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, and cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most methods.

6.2 Own Payment Methods Only. You must only deposit using payment methods that are registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. nfast11 reserves the right to refuse any deposit and to return funds to their source if this requirement is not satisfied.

6.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit to your Account and that is registered in your own legal name. Where your deposit method does not support outbound transfers, nfast11 will designate an acceptable alternative withdrawal method.

6.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. nfast11 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following indicative timelines: e-wallets (GrabPay, Touch 'n Go, Boost) — under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX to major Malaysian banks — 5 to 15 minutes; bank wire transfers — 15 to 60 minutes. These timelines are indicative only and may vary during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.

6.5 Withdrawal Verification. nfast11 reserves the right to request identity verification, source of funds documentation, or additional KYC materials before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard licensing compliance requirement and is not punitive in nature.

6.6 Anti-Money Laundering. nfast11 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls in accordance with its international licensing obligations. The Platform reserves the right to withhold, suspend, or report any transaction that it reasonably suspects may involve proceeds of unlawful activity.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards, VIP benefits, and other promotions offered by nfast11 are subject to these General Bonus Terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated bonus validity period.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While bonus funds are active in your Account, a maximum single-bet or single-spin limit applies — typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500. Placing a bet that exceeds this limit while bonus funds are in use may result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, regardless of the outcome of that bet.

7.4 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games (including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and poker) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Live dealer games may have reduced or zero contribution rates. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.

7.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that are not used and wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from activation) will expire and be automatically removed from your Account. No extension will be granted unless expressly agreed in writing by nfast11.

7.6 One Bonus at a Time. Unless specifically stated otherwise, a Player may only hold one active bonus at any time. Claiming a new promotion while an existing bonus is active may result in the earlier bonus being voided.

7.7 Abuse and Fraudulent Bonus Claiming. nfast11 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and withhold related winnings if it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; exploiting low-edge games to meet wagering requirements contrary to the spirit of the offer; engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, or syndicated bonus claiming.

7.8 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. nfast11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This will not affect any bonus already claimed and in active use prior to such modification.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Game Integrity. All games offered on the nfast11 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment overseen by trained dealers in licensed studios. RTP (Return to Player) figures displayed on game pages are theoretical long-term averages as certified by independent testing laboratories.

8.2 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets — including football (EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, UEFA Champions League), UFC, and other events — are offered subject to nfast11's separate Sportsbook Rules. In cases of conflict between these Terms and the Sportsbook Rules, the Sportsbook Rules shall prevail with respect to sports betting activities.

8.3 Bet Confirmation. Once a bet or wager has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet ID has been issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player unless the Platform's specific rules for that market expressly permit it.

8.4 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, nfast11 reserves the right to void the relevant round or wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

8.5 Currency and Odds. All odds and payouts are expressed in MYR unless otherwise stated. Odds are subject to change prior to the acceptance of a bet. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation, not at any subsequently changed odds.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nfast11 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different identities
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using a payment method that is not registered in your own legal name
• Facilitating, assisting, or participating in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or place wagers
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market
• Exploiting any software bug, system error, or unintended feature to obtain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of non-public information in sports betting markets
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward Platform staff or other users
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using technology (including VPNs or proxies) to circumvent geographic access restrictions
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction without the prior consent of nfast11

10 Responsible Gambling

10.1 nfast11 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment. The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. Underage gambling is illegal and strictly prohibited.

10.2 nfast11 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered players, accessible directly from the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automated notifications after a specified period of continuous play
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a period of your choosing (minimum 6 months for permanent self-exclusion)
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request a short-term break from the Platform, ranging from 24 hours to 30 days, by contacting our support team

11 Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the nfast11 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of nfast11 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any rights to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of nfast11.

11.3 The nfast11 brand name, logo, and associated marks are the exclusive property of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nfast11 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any of its contents.

12.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nfast11 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

12.3 nfast11 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet outages, power failures, government actions, or actions of third-party payment providers.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by You. You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. Upon closure, any verified Real Money Funds remaining in your Account will be returned to you. Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Account closure does not extinguish any obligation you owe to nfast11 that arose prior to the closure date.

13.2 Termination by nfast11. nfast11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: you have breached any provision of these Terms; you have engaged in prohibited conduct; your Account poses a compliance, fraud, or money laundering risk; or your continued use of the Platform would otherwise be contrary to applicable law or licensing requirements.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account, all outstanding bets will be settled in accordance with the Platform's standard rules, and any remaining verified Real Money Funds will be returned to your verified payment method. nfast11 reserves the right to withhold funds pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation.

14 Governing Law

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nfast11 is incorporated and licensed, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

14.2 You agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to nfast11's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. nfast11 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.

14.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to preserve rights pending the resolution of a dispute.

15 Amendments

15.1 nfast11 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

15.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

15.3 The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically to ensure they are aware of any changes.
